Over forty-nine years of law enforcement and security experience at the executive level of agencies serving communities and Institutions of Higher Education of varying sizes. He has proven skills and experience that can be applied to any type of organization or business. In several positions it was necessary to completely rebuild organizations that had become ineffective and dysfunctional, which included assessing the situation, determining the appropriate changes, developing a plan, and successfully executing it based on principles of management that are universal. Every organization was improved by effective leadership, thoughtful management, and fiscal responsibility.
