Bobcat Consulting is a police practices firm that provides administrative, operations and management technical assistance to law enforcement agencies. Bob Stewart, a police executive with over 30 years of law enforcement experience, has been Bobcat’s lead consultant since 2000.
Bob has held positions of various ranks, many of those as a Chief of Police in agencies on the East Coast and in the South. Bob continues to add to the field in the discovery and adoption of polices and practices that further democratic and constitutional policing.
We assist police departments in reimagining their agencies by offering training and assessments ensuring alignment with best practices.
